Hello how many ohm is there supposed to be in the spark cap? Is there supposed to be used a spark cap with 1k ohm or one with 5k ohm????

When the Quickly was built there was no resistor in the spark cap.
Later resistors were taken against radio interference.
Your Quickly will run with 0, 1 and 5 kOhm. It doesn´t matter.

So the spark wont be better with 1k ohm instead of 5k ohm or how does it work?
Right now it have a ngk cap with 5k ohm but would Line to change that to 1k ohm but dont want to destroy my ignition coil or something because of less resistance:)

Don´t think in DC, the spark is like AC with short times and high voltage.
There are not the same rules.
Try it and smile. ;)

So the wuickly would drive fine with 1k ohm spark cap? And nothing would happen, i really sont understand what the higher ohm is for in the spark cap then???

There is High Voltage and minimal Current.
So there is an insignificant loss in the resistor.
This is physiks. Please try it.

I still dont get it, what would be the good thing about runnning 1ohm instead of 5ohm caps? Or what is the right thing to run with.

5KOhm is better für radio interference suppression than 1kOhm
but at 5kOhm the ignition energy is good enough for the combustion.
